Break Timers are an essential feature designed to promote your wellbeing by reminding you to take breaks throughout the day. Sitting for extended periods can be detrimental to your health and productivity, and it's easy to forget to take breaks when you're engrossed in work. That's where Break Timers come in - they're scheduled reminders that prompt you to take important breaks to stretch, hydrate, or simply take a breather.
Click the Break Timers Settings icon on the main Dashboard, or go to Profile in your account settings.
The Break Timer Notifications scheduling table is in the **My Information** tab of your Profile.
To set your Break Timer START times, click the arrows in the table and choose a time from the list. Click Save when done. Your changes will be applied the following day.
<aside> 💡 To adjust for Daylight Savings time or change Time Zones, click on the clock to the right of “Break Timer Notifications” text. The clock will turn green and reveal + or - buttons to adjust your time. Click the clock again to set.
